Patrons of The Shoppes at Farmington Valley are greeted with this cheery, and very daffy welcome. Later in the season Karl Foerster Feather Reed Grass will emerge, filling the center of the median, and the bulbs will be over-planted with annuals. A wonderful way to say hello to shoppers!
